3. General Terms

3.1. Eligibility: By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, your parent or legal guardian to use the Services. Your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to your use of the Services.

3.2. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 4. Booking and Payments

4.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

4.2. Pricing and Payment: Prices for Experiences are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made via the Site.

4.3. Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

5.1. Customer Cancellations: Experiences can be cancelled under last 48 hours before start and full refund will be provided to the customer if payment has made beforehand. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [[email protected]].

5.2. Changes by Customer: Requests to change booking dates or times are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Changes requested within [e.g., 48 hours] of the Ride departure may not be accommodated.

5.3. Cancellations by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations or changes.

5.4. Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the last 48 hours, to the original method of payment.

6. Participant Requirements and Safety

6.1. Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good physical health and able to safely ride in a sidecar motorcycle. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe may pose a risk to themselves or others.

6.2. Age Restrictions: Children are welcome on our Tours, but specific age and height restrictions may apply for safety reasons. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

6.3. Safety Briefing: All participants must attend and adhere to the safety briefing provided by our guides before the commencement of the Tour. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in exclusion from the Tour without refund.

6.4. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the Tour.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SUBROSA TURİZM DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
